Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”) apply to all sales made on the TAPISIMO website (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”), operated by Tapisimo, a company registered in Belgium under the number BE0431.272.391, with its registered office located at Brabantstraat 116,1030Schaarbeek By placing an order on the Site, the customer (hereinafter referred to as “you” or “the Client”) fully accepts these GTC.

2. Products
Our products are carpets imported and manufactured by trusted partners. The descriptions, dimensions, and images of the products are provided for informational purposes. While we strive to ensure accuracy, minor differences may exist.

3. Prices
All prices displayed on the Site are in euros (€) and include the VAT applicable in Belgium. Delivery fees are not included in the product prices and are specified at the time of the order. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but products are billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

4. Orders
An order is considered final after payment validation. The Site reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of payment issues, manifest pricing errors, or any other legitimate reason.

5. Delivery

Geographical delivery zone
We deliver to all countries within the European Union. Certain specific regions may have restrictions or additional delays.

Estimated delivery times
Standard delivery times vary between 2 to 6 business days, depending on the destination, order size, and time of year.
An express delivery option is available for shorter times. The costs and delivery times for express shipping are specified during the order process.

Delivery fees

• Fees vary depending on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the products. These fees are displayed before the order is confirmed.
• Free delivery is available for any order exceeding a specified amount (indicated at the time of the order).
  
  

Shipping and tracking

• Shipments are handled by reliable carriers such as GLS and/or BPOST.
• A tracking number is provided to allow the Client to monitor the progress of their order.
  
  

Packaging

• All items are carefully packaged to ensure their safety during transport.
• Fragile products receive additional protection to avoid damage during shipping.
  
  

6. Returns and Withdrawal

In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order.

Return procedure

1. Contact our customer service:
   • Fill out the online form.
   • Specify your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Confirmation received:
3. You will receive an email with the steps to follow and the address to which the package should be returned.
4. Shipping:

1. Ensure that the product is properly packaged to avoid damage during transport.
2. Use a reliable shipping service with tracking (recommended).
   
   

Refund

• Once your package is received and inspected by our team, we will confirm whether all return conditions are met.
• The refund will be processed immediately after validation of the return and will use the same payment method as the original order.
  
  

Return fees

• Return fees are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or errors on our part.
• We recommend retaining proof of shipping until the refund is confirmed.
  
  

Exceptions

8. Warranty and Liability
The products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages that may occur as a result of using the products sold.

9. Intellectual Property
The TAPISIMO logo and all content (texts, images, graphics) on the Site are protected by current intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited. Product images provided by our manufacturers remain their respective intellectual property.

10. Data Protection
Your personal data is collected solely for the purpose of processing your order. In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, and delete your personal data by contacting us at contact@tapisimo.com.

11. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, these GTC are governed by Belgian law. The competent courts are those of the jurisdiction where TAPISIMO’s registered office is located.

12. Changes to the GTC
We reserve the right to modify these GTC at any time. The applicable GTC are those in effect at the time of the order.
