  • If you receive a damaged or defective carpet, please contact us directly via our contact form or email, attaching a photo of the carpet.

The product (carpet) must

  • Not have been used in a way that damages it. You may view and try it while maintaining its integrity.
  • Not be soiled or show stains or damage.
  • Be returned in its original packaging or equivalent packaging, always rolled as delivered, to ensure protection during transport.
